Over 10 years ago, Chris decided he wanted to do what he loved ... and he loved PIZZA! Chris and his two brothers kept the pizza place in their hometown hopping ... except for when they would make their own "mini pizzas" on english muffins. It is a much debated topic as to who holds the record, but one of them ate 24 in one seating! 

Formaggio's started as Take Out and Delivery only. However, as people began to drive from outside of London to try our pizza, Chris could not possibly let them drive 2 hours or more before eating their first slice and cringed when he saw them eating in their cars in the parking lot. I would get pictures of people he had convinced to eat in our crowded supply closet/office/employee break-room...I was MORTIFIED! Shortly thereafter, our wee restaurant was built in the back of what was previously part of the kitchen. Chris was delighted that he could be there when customers were eating his food, especially those who were trying Formaggio's for the first time.

As time passed, we realized we had the best problem a restaurant could ask for ... we needed more space! As of today, we have moved next door where we are able to provide our guests with more seating, a formal bar area, and a few new menu items!
